sugar-free tomato based pizza sauce

greens (arugula or spinach)

cooked breakfast sausage

mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions
- Prepare the pizza crust or take a frozen one out of the freezer.
- If needed, prepare the breakfast sausage or break up pre-cooked sausage.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone if homemade, or directly on the oven rack if using a store-bought crust.
- Layer the toppings starting with the tomato sauce, then add greens, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onion, and finally crack the eggs on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking. If necessary, broil for an additional minute or two.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
