Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉ and press the pizza dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, then prebake for 11-13 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage, onion, and green pepper until the sausage is no longer pink, about 5 minutes, then add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add the egg mixture, cooking and stirring until almost set, then spread the cooked eggs over the crust.
- Top the pizza with the sausage mixture followed by mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the crust is fully baked and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into squares and serve, garnished with green onion and hot sauce if desired.
