Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Fry the bacon in a large skillet until cooked but not too crispy, then set aside to drain.
- Add the breakfast sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, then drain the grease.
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil and minced garlic, then bake for 8 minutes.
- While the crust bakes, chop the bacon and shred the cheese.
- In the same skillet, whisk the eggs, milk, and water, then scramble until soft.
- Spread the scrambled eggs on the baked crust, leaving a border.
- Top with half of the cheddar and mozzarella, crumbled bacon, sausage, and remaining cheese.
- Sprinkle green onions on top and return to the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired, slice, and serve.
