Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 12-inch pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced

The toppings

  • 6 slices bacon
  • ½ pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • as needed optional cherry tomatoes, halved for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Fry the bacon in a large skillet until cooked but not too crispy, then set aside to drain.
  3. Add the breakfast sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, then drain the grease.
  4. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil and minced garlic, then bake for 8 minutes.
  5. While the crust bakes, chop the bacon and shred the cheese.
  6. In the same skillet, whisk the eggs, milk, and water, then scramble until soft.
  7. Spread the scrambled eggs on the baked crust, leaving a border.
  8. Top with half of the cheddar and mozzarella, crumbled bacon, sausage, and remaining cheese.
  9. Sprinkle green onions on top and return to the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with cherry tomatoes if desired, slice, and serve.
