Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a skillet, brown the sausage balls over medium heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain off the grease and place the sausage balls on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and sprinkle the cheese evenly over them.
- Top with cooked sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, avocado, and arugula.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and serve immediately.
