Ingredients

The pizza base and toppings

  • 2 naan naan flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup grape or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large avocado
  • cup fresh arugula
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

The sausage

  • 8 ounces Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a skillet, brown the sausage balls over medium heat until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Drain off the grease and place the sausage balls on a plate lined with paper towels.
  4. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and sprinkle the cheese evenly over them.
  5. Top with cooked sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs.
  6. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, avocado, and arugula.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and serve immediately.
