Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place the pizza stone in the oven.
- Mix Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and a pinch of salt in a stand mixer until a smooth dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface, shape it into a thin circle, and place it on the pizza stone with olive oil drizzled on top.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and cook the sausage until browned, then add garlic and flour, cooking briefly.
