Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 2 whole mangoes
  • 1 whole red bell pepper
  • 1 whole jalapeño, deseeded
  • 1 whole red onion
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 whole limes, juiced (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Chop all fruits and veggies into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, add chopped pineapple, mango, red pepper, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro.
  3. Pour the lime juice on top along with the salt.
  4. Stir until everything is evenly dispersed and coated.
  5. Serve with chips, on fish, chicken, steak, or on a salad. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
