Instructions
- 1. Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium-low heat for 5 minutes until tender.
- 2. Add the chopped carrots and celery, and sauté until all vegetables are tender.
- 3. Stir in the smoked paprika, sea salt, and cumin, cooking for another minute.
- 4. Add the broth and lentils, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- 5. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until the lentils are tender.
