Mushroom and Onion Naan Pizzas

shredded mozzarella cheese or dairy-free mozzarella

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line up 4 naan on a baking sheet, using a second sheet if necessary.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the chopped onions, seasoning with salt and pepper, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the honey and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms shrink and onions caramelize, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread ricotta evenly over each naan.
- Distribute the onion and mushroom mixture on top of the ricotta.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the pizzas.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the sides are browned and the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with sage, cut into pieces if desired, and enjoy.
