Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients for the naan in a bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll them into circles.
- Cook the naan in a hot skillet until bubbles form, flipping to cook both sides.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Spread pizza sauce on each naan, then add vegan cheese and toppings.
- Bake for 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.
