Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Create a well in the center and add the wet ingredients, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3 minutes, adding flour as needed.
- Grease the dough ball, cover it, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm area.
- Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each into a circle, then shape them slightly oblong.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brush the naan with oil and seasonings.
- Cook each naan in the skillet for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side until bubbles form.
- Remove from heat and brush with the garlic butter mixture before cooling on a wire rack.
