The dough

Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and create a well in the center.
- Slowly add the warm vegan milk and yogurt, mixing until just incorporated.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3 minutes.
- Grease the dough ball, cover it, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal balls and roll them into circles.
- Heat a skillet and brush the naan with oil before cooking.
- Cook each naan for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side until bubbles form.
- Remove from heat, let cool, and sprinkle with optional toppings before serving.
