Garlic Naan

The topping

Instructions
- Combine sugar, warm water, and yeast in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Make a well in the flour, add the yeast mixture, yogurt, and oil, then knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 portions and roll each into an 8-inch circle.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and cilantro on top of each dough circle.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet and grease it with oil.
- Cook each naan in the skillet until it puffs up and has brown spots, flipping to cook both sides.
- Brush the cooked naan with melted butter and serve warm.
