Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix together the flour, arrowroot, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, cream the cubed cold butter for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add both sugars and mix for an additional minute, then add the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture while mixing on low speed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces, and marshmallows.
- Scoop out 12 cookies and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Top each cookie with chopped chocolate, graham cracker pieces, and marshmallows.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden brown.
- Let rest for at least 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
