Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer until well mixed.
- Wet a cookie scoop in water, then use it to scoop dough onto the lined baking sheet, leaving 3 inches between each cookie.
- Bake for about 9 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before enjoying.
