Summer Rosé Sangria

For Serving
Instructions
- Make the strawberry syrup by simmering water, sugar, strawberries, raspberries, and salt in a saucepan until softened.
- Strain the syrup and let it cool completely.
- In a pitcher, combine the rosé, reserved syrup, Cointreau, orange slices, strawberries, lime juice, and raspberries.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, add sparkling water and pour over ice, garnishing with fruit.
