Rosé Sangria Sparkler

The Sangria

rosé wine, chilled

chopped seasonal fruit

cherries, pitted

bottle (750-ml)
sparkling mineral water, chilled
Garnish (optional)

chopped fruit

to taste
mint leaves
Instructions
- Pour wine into a large pitcher.
- Add fruit and cherries.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- To serve, pour 6 fluid ounces (3/4 cup) of wine and fruit into a tall glass.
- Top with about 4 fluid ounces (1/3 cup) of mineral water.
- Garnish, if desired, with additional fruit and mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
