Rosé Sangria Sparkler

Ingredients

The Sangria

  • 1 bottle (750-ml) rosé wine, chilled
  • 2 cups chopped seasonal fruit
  • ½ cup cherries, pitted
  • 1 bottle (750-ml) sparkling mineral water, chilled

Garnish (optional)

  • to taste chopped fruit
  • to taste mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Pour wine into a large pitcher.
  2. Add fruit and cherries.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  4. To serve, pour 6 fluid ounces (3/4 cup) of wine and fruit into a tall glass.
  5. Top with about 4 fluid ounces (1/3 cup) of mineral water.
  6. Garnish, if desired, with additional fruit and mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately.
