Rosé Sangria

Ingredients

  • cups rosé
  • cups sweet sparkling wine
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • cup blueberry brandy or rum
  • cups assorted fruits (pineapples, apple slices, grapes, and lime slices)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and sugar in a pot until it forms a simple syrup, about 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. In a jug, mix the rosé, sweet sparkling wine, blueberry brandy, and assorted fruits.
  4. Add the cooled simple syrup and swirl to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight for the flavors to meld.
