Instructions
- Press and cube the tofu, then marinate it with tamari and cornstarch.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, tamari, sriracha, orange juice, and cornstarch to create the sauce.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear the tofu until crispy on all sides.
- Add scallions, orange zest, garlic, and ginger to the skillet and cook until scallions soften.
- Pour in the sauce and let it simmer until thickened.
- Serve the tofu mixture over rice, garnished with sesame seeds and accompanied by broccoli.
