The stir fry

Instructions
- Prepare the tofu by freezing it for at least 3 hours, then pat it dry.
- Marinate the tofu with soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil, and honey, then coat with cornstarch.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the tofu until golden brown, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil and stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper until crisp-tender.
- Add green onions, then stir in the sauce and tofu, cooking until thickened.
- Serve hot over rice, garnished with sesame seeds.
