General Tso's Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the rice or quinoa according to package directions and set aside.
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté broccoli and red peppers for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, green onion whites, and chickpeas; cook until crisp-tender.
- Pour in the sauce, bring to a simmer, and cook until thickened.
- Garnish with green onion tops and sesame seeds, and serve with rice or quinoa.
