Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil, honey, and baking soda for at least 15 minutes.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Heat canola oil in a wok or large skillet and coat the chicken with cornstarch.
- Stir fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, then remove from the pan.
- Stir fry the vegetables until crisp-tender, then return the chicken to the pan.
- Add the green onions and pour in the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, then serve hot with rice or quinoa.
