Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower rice and set aside.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined; adjust flavors as needed.
- In a skillet, combine cauliflower rice and water, cover, and steam until tender.
- In a separate skillet, heat oil and add green beans, cooking with a lid for a few minutes.
- Add bell pepper, green onion, and cabbage, then stir and sauté until tender.
- Combine the cashews and cauliflower rice with the vegetables.
- Pour in the sauce, increase heat, and cook until everything is hot and well combined.
- Serve with optional garnishes like cilantro and lime.
