Instructions
- Prepare cauliflower rice or cook grains such as rice or quinoa.
- Marinate tofu with coconut aminos and chili garlic sauce, then set aside.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and adjust flavors as needed.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and cook marinated tofu until browned, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms, cabbage, and bell pepper until tender.
- Add garlic, green onion, and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
- Move veggies to one side and add cauliflower rice or cooked grains to the other side, cooking until slightly browned.
- Return tofu to the skillet, add sauce, and stir-fry until everything is hot and well combined.
- Serve with optional garnishes like lime wedges and cilantro.
