Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and Besti until fluffy, then mix in eggs, sour cream, lemon extract, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, poppy seeds, and sea salt, then mix into the wet ingredients gradually.
- Pour the batter into the bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown, then cover with foil and bake for an additional 20-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for at least 15 minutes before transferring it to a cooling rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered Besti, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, then drizzle over the cooled cake.
