Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, and cilantro.
- Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover and chill the salsa until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a side to grilled meats.
