Spicy Maple-Soy Brussels Sprouts

The Sauce

soy sauce

Instructions
- 1. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt, then arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- 2. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until browned and fork-tender.
- 3. While cooking, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, lime zest and juice, garlic, and sriracha in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 4. Reduce heat and simmer the sauce until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- 5. Remove Brussels sprouts from the air fryer, drizzle with the sauce, and stir to coat before serving warm.
