Ingredients

The Brussels Sprouts

  • ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved if large
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

The Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Juice and zest of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. 1. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt, then arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. 2. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until browned and fork-tender.
  3. 3. While cooking, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, lime zest and juice, garlic, and sriracha in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer the sauce until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove Brussels sprouts from the air fryer, drizzle with the sauce, and stir to coat before serving warm.
