Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Wash the Brussels sprouts, trim the stems, and remove the outer leaves.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and leave the smaller ones whole.
- Mix together the maple syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, Sriracha, and cornstarch in a large bowl.
- Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
- Place the coated Brussels sprouts cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with the optional spicy topping drizzled on top.
