Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and toss them with the sliced onion and cubed apple in a bowl.
- Mix the olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the vegetable mixture and stir until coated.
- Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring a few times, until the apples are tender, onions are soft, and Brussels sprouts begin to caramelize.
