Paleo Double Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a mixer and blend on low until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Form the dough into 1.5-inch balls and place them on the baking sheets, wetting your hands every few cookies if needed.
- Bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes until the bottoms are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
