Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef for 3-5 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil and sauté chili pepper, cumin, garlic, jalapeno, paprika, and oregano for about 30 seconds.
- Add chopped onions and the browned beef, cooking until the onions are soft, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, corn, green chili, black beans, beef broth, pinto beans, and taco seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, adjusting seasoning with salt, pepper, and water as needed.
- Serve warm with optional toppings.
