Instructions
- For stovetop: Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper in a pot, then drain the grease.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for corn and toppings, to the pot and stir well.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Stir in the corn and heat through, then season to taste with salt and pepper before serving with toppings.
- For slow cooker: Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper in a skillet, then drain the grease.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker and add all remaining ingredients except corn and toppings.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the corn and heat through before serving with toppings.
