Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chiles, beef broth, black beans, pinto beans, and corn.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately with your choice of toppings.
