Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and confectioner's sugar until fluffy, then mix in cream cheese and vanilla.
- Add flour and salt, mixing on low speed until incorporated, then add milk gradually until the dough comes together.
- Divide the dough in half, flatten into discs, and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to ¼-½ inch thick and cut with a cookie cutter.
- Transfer cookies to the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned, then cool completely before serving.
- Decorate as desired with sugar or chocolate icing.
