Instructions
- Thinly slice or shred the brussel sprouts and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic, salt, and lemon zest, then massage the mixture for about 3 minutes until tender.
- Add the onion and tahini dressing, tossing well and adjusting the amount of dressing to your preference.
- Taste and add more salt and lemon juice as needed.
- Toss in the pistachios and fresh parsley, then sprinkle with sumac.
- Garnish with optional ingredients like sunflower sprouts, chili flakes, zaatar, dukkah, and sliced avocado.
