Green Beans with Hazelnuts and Lemon

Instructions
- Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat and sauté shallots until golden and fragrant.
- Add green beans, stock, salt, and pepper, then bring to a simmer and cover to steam for 7-8 minutes.
- Remove the lid, bring the liquid to a boil and reduce slightly.
- Mix in lemon zest, hazelnuts, and drizzle with optional truffle oil.
- Taste and adjust salt if necessary, then serve immediately.
