Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- 2. Sauté the garlic until slightly browned.
- 3. Add the mushrooms and stir for a few moments.
- 4. Pour in the chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, salt, smoked paprika, and oregano, stirring to combine.
- 5. Add the Parmesan cheese and cook until it melts.
