Instructions
- Mash one avocado in a bowl after removing the pit and flesh.
- Cube the second avocado and add it to the bowl.
- Chop the tomatoes and add them to the bowl along with their juice.
- Add the bell pepper, green onion, corn, olives, garlic, jalapeno, and cilantro or parsley to the bowl and mix gently.
- Add lemon juice and season with black pepper and sea salt if desired, then mix again.
- Chill the salsa until ready to serve.
