Ingredients

  • 2 cups Avocado (diced; about 2 medium avocados)
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes (diced; 2-3 medium ones)
  • ½ cup Red onion (finely diced; ~½ small or ¼ large onion)
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno (finely diced, seeds removed)
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional; minced)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Dice the avocado, tomatoes, and red onions.
  2. Mince the garlic, jalapenos, and cilantro.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, including lime juice and salt.
  4. Gently stir until just combined.
  5. Adjust salt to taste if needed.
