Ingredients

The salsa

  • 2 whole ripe avocados
  • 1 whole mango
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 whole jalapeño or serrano pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

For serving

  • to taste tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, mango, cilantro, onion, lime juice, jalapeño, cumin, and salt.
  2. Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Season to taste and serve with tortilla chips.
