Instructions
- 1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned, about 5 minutes. Drain the mixture.
- 2. Add the pasta, chicken broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and dried mustard to the pot. Bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered until the pasta is al dente, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Serve with optional cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and garnish with parsley if desired.
