Maple Cinnamon Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together oats, coconut, almonds, and pecans.
- Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and chia seeds to the mixture.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Allow the granola to cool completely before adding dried figs and raisins.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
