Red, White & Blue Popsicles

Red Layer

pitted (or 1 tablespoon maple syrup)

White Layer

culinary coconut milk

maple syrup
Blue Layer

teaspoon
spirulina powder (optional)

frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, date (or maple syrup), and water until smooth, then pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze the red layer for at least 40 minutes.
- Blend coconut milk and maple syrup until smooth, then add to molds for the white layer.
- Return molds to the freezer to set.
- Blend remaining white mixture with spirulina and blueberries until smooth.
- Add the blue layer to the molds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze until firm, about 4 to 5 hours.
- To remove popsicles, run molds under hot water for about 10 seconds.
