Instructions
- Light coals and set the grill for direct grilling.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cubed sirloin and finely chopped onion.
- Add salt, sumac, and pepper to the beef mixture and mix until coated.
- Skewer the beef chunks onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers directly over high heat until charred on all sides.
- Serve with steamed Basmati rice and grilled tomatoes.
