Browned Butter Sugar Cookie Bars with White Chocolate Frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Brown the butter in a medium pot until it smells toasted, then transfer to a mixing bowl and let cool.
- Beat in the sugar and vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.
- Add the flour and baking soda, mixing until the dough forms a ball.
- Press the dough into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden on top.
- Let the cookie bars cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth, then mix in the melted white chocolate and vanilla.
- Frost the cooled cookie bars and decorate as desired before cutting and serving.
