pumpkin spice blend or ground cinnamon or curry powder (optional)
Instructions
Clean the pumpkin seeds by rinsing them under water and removing any bits of pumpkin flesh.
Dry the seeds using a double layer of paper grocery bags or a lint-free tea towel.
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread the dried pumpkin seeds on the baking sheet and toss them with olive oil or butter, sweetener (if using), and salt.
Bake the seeds for 12 to 16 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until they are fragrant and golden.
Season with additional salt and optional spices after baking.
