Instructions
- Combine coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a food processor.
- Pulse in the palm shortening, coconut sugar, eggs, and orange zest until mixed.
- Remove the blade and stir in the dried cranberries by hand.
- Use a ¼ cup scoop to drop the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
- Cool the biscuits for 15 minutes before serving.
