Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bring a pot of water to boil.
- Remove seeds from a pumpkin and rinse them.
- Simmer the seeds in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the seeds and dry them with a cloth.
- Mix maple syrup and vanilla, then coat the seeds.
- Combine the spices and pour them over the seeds, mixing well.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer on a roasting pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring every five minutes.
- Once crispy, remove from the oven and let cool before storing.
