No Bake Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Instructions
- Grind all the ingredients except for ½ cup of coconut flakes in a food processor until the mixture turns into a dough.
- Roll the mixture into round balls using saran wrap to help form them.
- Roll the balls in the remaining ½ cup of shredded coconut flakes.
- Place the energy bites in the fridge for at least an hour before enjoying.
