Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until well incorporated and the mixture sticks together.
- Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball. If too sticky, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Once all balls are formed, refrigerate them until firm, about 10 minutes.
- Enjoy the energy bites or pack them for a snack on the go.
