Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1⅓ cups pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch pan.
  2. 2. Mash the bananas and stir in the eggs, oil, pumpkin, honey, and sugar.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  4. 4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. 5. Add the raisins and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. 6. Bake for 55 minutes.
